• The downstairs consists of a large living room and Kitchen

• The living room is decorated in modern and fun colours.

• Together with all mod cons such as a smart TV (you may use your personal Netflix password) and alexa.

• A quality sofa bed and bedding is available in the lounge for a single adult or child 10 years or over. Quality bed linen. Linen charge applies £50

• There is a wood burning stove for you use ( we leave an initial supply of firelighters, kindling and logs) then extra logs can be purchased on site.

• The beautiful handcrafted oak kitchen with its mood lighting has stunning copper handmade tiles, a dishwasher, washing machine Nespresso machine, fridge, oven/hob, kettle, toaster and microwave.

• There is a handmade oak breakfast bar for eating dinner and its also ideal as a workspace as it has plenty of light, space and plug points.

• Upstairs we have the bathroom which is simply stunning, a great modern shower with views onto fields beyond (if you do not close the Velux blind) Then In the bath you can look up to the sky at night and hopefully stars.

• Fluffy towels, dressing gowns and a towel heater to keep the room cosy.

• The bedroom has a 2m dormer window which looks onto the Endrick River, the Campsie Hills and great views of your own garden the ‘River Hideaway’.

• A king size bed has been furnished with a 5 star mattress, duvet, bed linen, and pillows for your ultimate comfort and a good nights sleep.

• The Snug offers a single car parking space outside the cottage for a medium sized car. No further parking is available outside the cottages as each private cottage has their own allocated space.

• If you have a larger vehicle or you have two 2 vehicles then we have plenty of spare parking across the bridge 30 m away. It’s a beautiful walk back to the cottage.
